Kirby Rabalais

Kirby is a devoted father, advocate, and the founder of Got4titude, a growing community and platform created to support fathers raising children with disabilities. His journey took a profound turn when his son Harley was diagnosed with Pitt-Hopkins Syndrome and is on the Autism spectrum. Through that experience, Kirby discovered the strength that comes from presence, vulnerability, and connection. Got4titude was born from his desire to help other dads navigate the emotional and practical challenges of special needs parenting, reminding them they’re not alone and empowering them with clarity, community,  and confidence.
