Alex helps working parents find the job that they love and fits their life. He is a former aerospace engineer, startup executive, and stay at home dad who realized that helping parents was where his true passion lies. His career took a dramatic turn when his son struggled with depression and eventually was diagnosed bi-polar, and knows how that balance of caring for your kids and having a career can be complex and difficult. He believes that every parent deserves a job that uses their unique talents and gives them purpose so they can model a full life for their kids instead of showing them a life of being drained and overworked.
