Tara Trievel is a certified autism specialist, educator, and parent mentor helping moms of autistic and ADHD teens who feel stuck, burnt out, and unsupported. With over 20 years of experience and a personal journey raising neurodivergent kids, Tara offers holistic support that blends mindfulness, nervous system regulation, and real-life strategies. She empowers overwhelmed moms to break generational patterns, reduce parenting stress, and rebuild connection with their neurodivergent teen. Tara’s program, Path to Empowered Parenting, gives moms the tools to parent with confidence, calm, and clarity.
